-Outside storage of cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats, trailers,
buses, trucks, campers, or any other vehicles or objects deemed unsightly are
prohibited, except during construction and remodeling periods.
-Satellite receiver dishes may not be larger than 24”
-Each lot owner shall have an undividable 1/20th
fractional ownership in outlot 6
